**Same day service is availalbe, if computer or laptop is brought in when we first open at 10am (or by an advanced appointment) and as long as additional parts or software is not needed to resolve your issue. If for any reason, we need to reload/restore the operating system, client must also have their restore disks at the same time their computer or laptop is dropped off (for same day service).
